Laura immediately connected with the spirit of yoga and knew that she wanted to share its healing and restorative powers with others. Yoga as a philosophy and lifestyle has transformed her body and soul, one deep yogic breath at a time. Laura has been teaching yoga for 4 years and is nearing completion of the Yoga Alliance 200 RYT certification. Her classes are in the Vinyasa Flow style of practice, bringing energy and balance to each session. As a Native American, Laura appreciates the way yoga focuses on love and light, energy and universe. She enjoys bringing the core strengths and inner peace of yoga to students as they are gifts for life!

Jan is a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing yoga for 11 years and teaching for nine years. Jan took her first yoga class while searching for a safe alternative exercise that would facilitate healing of medical challenges she experiences, and help reduce stress and anxiety. She recognized the many benefits she received both mentally and physically, and has been doing yoga since. She has spent many hours studying various types of yoga to find her special niche, and continues to learn and progress along with her students. Jan loves sharing yoga with others, helping them feel better physically and mentally, and assisting them to find new possibilities. Jan creates a challenging workout in her flowing classes that leave students both energized and relaxed.

Kathi After spending many years singing and performing, Kathi began experiencing panic attacks which inhibited her ability to perform. In 2001, at the suggestion of her sister, she decided to try a yoga class to help battle this new anxiety. While attending her first class she knew yoga was going to help and immediately fell in love with it. Who knew that yogic breathing could have such a profound effect on your well being???
With this new-found peace and calm, Kathi decided to become a yoga teacher so she could share her love for this practice with others. In 2006 she completed a 200 hour RYT and in 2008 her 500 hour training through D'ana Baptiste at Centered City Yoga. When describing her style of teaching, she refers to it as eclectic because so many traditions of yoga have inspired her practice and her teaching. Kathi wishes for her students to experience the joy and empowerment yoga can bring into their lives (and sweat and have fun while finding that joy and empowerment).
If she is not practicing yoga or teaching yoga, you can find her singing and/or spending time with her husband and 2 children. Kathi also holds a B.A. in Music.
